Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. ("Harbor Capital") is seeking an Accountant, Fund Administration to join its Fund Administration and Analysis team. This role supports day-to-day fund administration activities for Harbor's mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), including expense oversight, reconciliations, operational processes, service provider coordination, and related control activities. The position offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in investment fund administration and accounting through hands-on involvement with fund expenses, reporting, operational support, and cross-functional initiatives. This individual will partner with internal teams and third-party service providers while contributing to process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, eager to learn, and interested in developing broad knowledge of registered investment products, fund accounting, and fund administration. This position is a hybrid role based in Chicago. Employees are currently expected to work in the office Tuesday through Thursday each week. Candidates should ensure they are able to meet this requirement prior to submitting an application.
Compensation Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
