Job Title: Research Processor (Property Lien Search)
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Salary: $18.00/hour to start
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 30-minute lunch)
PrideStaff is partnering with a growing title and lien search company in West Palm Beach to find a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Research Processor. In this role, you will play a critical part in the real estate closing process by investigating properties to ensure they are clear of any municipal debts, liens, or hidden liabilities before ownership transfers.

Conduct In-Depth Research: Navigate various municipal, county, and utility websites to investigate property data and history.
Request Documentation: Contact local government offices and municipalities via phone and email to request public records and verify property debt information.
Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately log all findings, unrecorded liens, code violations, open permits, and utility balances into the company database.
Follow Up: Proactively monitor the status of pending information requests to ensure deadlines are met before property closing dates.
Tech-Savvy Skills: Strong internet research capabilities. You should be comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs, search engines, and government databases efficiently.
Communication: Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills for making verification calls to municipal offices.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry; a missed detail can impact a real estate transaction.
Adaptability: Ability to learn specialized property research systems through hands-on training.
Experience: Prior experience in real estate, title insurance, mortgage processing, or legal research is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
