Quality Technician

About the Company

Manay CPA is hiring on behalf of a global leader in industrial engineering and manufacturing, originally established in the early 1970s. With more than five decades of experience delivering complex, large-scale fabrication projects, the company operates advanced production facilities across Turkey and Asia and serves clients in over 80 countries worldwide.

The organization provides end-to-end engineering and manufacturing solutions across industries including energy, oil & gas, nuclear, shipbuilding, and infrastructure. Renowned for its precision engineering, modular fabrication capabilities, and internationally certified manufacturing processes, the company has built a strong global reputation for quality, reliability, and technical excellence.

Backed by decades of industry leadership, a highly skilled workforce, and a commitment to continuous innovation, the company continues to support some of the world's most demanding industrial projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Technician with hands-on technical capabilities to join our team at the Redmond facility. In this role, you will ensure our precision manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and international compliance.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working in a collaborative, innovative manufacturing environment. We value individuals who communicate effectively, take initiative, and are eager to learn and grow. While experience with advanced inspection equipment or CMM programming is a plus, we are committed to developing the right candidate who demonstrates strong fundamentals and a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured components using precision manual measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, and other standard metrology tools.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T to verify product conformance.
  • Accurately document inspection results, nonconformances, and quality records in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards.
  • Assist with first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections as required.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues, clarify inspection requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate with customers as needed regarding quality documentation, inspection results, and quality-related inquiries, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Support investigations of nonconforming products by documenting findings and assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure measuring tools are calibrated and used in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assist with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operations and develop CMM programming skills over time. Prior experience is a plus but not required.
  • Perform other duties within the scope of the position as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Quality, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T.
  • Hands-on experience using precision manual inspection and measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, and other standard metrology equipment, is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across production, engineering, and quality teams.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, inspection documentation, and basic root cause analysis is preferred.
  • Experience using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), or hands-on experience with precision measurement equipment and a willingness to learn CMM operation and programming, is preferred.
  • Experience in the aerospace, defense, satellite, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Experience using ERP/MRP systems, quality management software, and Microsoft Office to maintain inspection records and quality documentation is preferred.

Our Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with a company match
  • Training and growth opportunities with a growing international company
