The City of Topeka's Contracts and Procurement division is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented procurement professional to join its team. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing procurement activities and projects for contracts, services and materials and plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of goods and services that support essential City services. The General Services Procurement Coordinator serves as a key liaison to City departments, vendors, and external agencies, ensuring procurement projects are consistent, efficient and compliant. It requires technical procurement expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to public service.
