Senior Warehouse Analyst
Schneider is seeking a Senior Warehouse Analyst in Midland to ensure systemic warehouse operations are running efficiently and productively. The Senior Warehouse Analyst will be responsible for ERP transactions, inventory control, product knowledge and cross-functional communication to support complex operational needs. Responsibilities include conducting training, completing audits and overseeing reporting to ensure warehouse systems are accurate and in compliance with customer standards. The role also involves managing inbound receipts, outbound material transfers, work orders and special material projects. The Senior Warehouse Analyst must maintain accurate inventory and operational data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Additionally, they will monitor warehouse performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies and improvement opportunities. The position requires resolving non-conforming purchase orders, transaction errors and inventory discrepancies. Developing standard operating procedures, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and data integrity is also part of the role. The Senior Warehouse Analyst will record audit findings, generate operational reports and communicate results to leaders and stakeholders.
Skills and qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required. Experience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems is necessary. Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred. A valid driver's license and meeting Schneider's DMV record standards are also required. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and material handling processes is essential.
