This position is for EPES Transport, LLC., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. The primary purpose of the Dedicated Operations Supervisor - Flex role is to manage the day-to-day operation of assigned Dedicated Account(s), ensuring that Safety, Customer, and Driver Goals are met or exceeded. Driving profitability through contract compliance, expense mitigation, and business growth.
This position supports operations across the Northeast and Southeast regions and requires the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Work hours may vary based on travel schedules and business needs.
