Primary Purpose of Job-
We are seeking a talented and technically strong Mid-Level Interior Designer to support and collaborate with our Middle East Interior Design team in the delivery of workplace, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, education, and mixed-use projects.
The successful candidate will contribute across all project stages, from concept design through design development, tender documentation, and IFC packages. This role requires a balance of creative design thinking, technical documentation expertise, BIM proficiency, and multidisciplinary coordination skills. The designer will work closely with regional project teams, architects, engineers, BIM specialists, and FF&E consultants to deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with project objectives and Middle East market requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interior design solutions from concept through design development stages in collaboration with Middle East project teams.
Prepare and coordinate interior design documentation including plans, RCPs, elevations, finishes schedules, and detailed design packages using Revit.
Produce BIM models, design presentations, and visualization outputs to communicate design intent effectively.
Support FF&E selection, furniture layouts, material specifications, and schedule management.
Coordinate closely with architects, MEP engineers, BIM teams, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
Assist with tender documentation, RFIs, design revisions, and project quality reviews.
Manage assigned project packages independently while delivering work to agreed quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Required qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related discipline.
4–7 years of professional experience in interior design consultancy.
Experience delivering commercial, workplace, healthcare, hospitality, education, or mixed-use projects.
Experience supporting international or regional teams, particularly Middle East projects, is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of building construction systems, coordination processes, and design documentation standards.
