Customs Entry Writer
Johnson Service Group, a leading professional recruiting firm, is seeking a Customs Entry Writer for a remote opportunity with a highly reputable customs broker. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is committed to accuracy and regulatory compliance. The Customs Entry Writer plays a critical role in ensuring seamless import and export operations, maintaining compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, and supporting overall trade operations.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or trade compliance completing Customs Entries (beyond entering into a database) Must be able to calculate tariffs and taxes. CargoWise experience is required. Strong working knowledge of customs entry processes, tariff classification, and compliance procedures. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across clients, carriers, and regulatory agencies. Solid math and financial calculation skills relevant to customs brokerage operations.
