LaSalle Network is hiring for a People Operations Specialist with an energy efficiency-focused company known for its core-values-driven culture and emphasis on equitable outcomes and local economic development. In this role, you will administer and improve HR operations and compliance processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job and compensation changes, leave administration, and offboarding. You will own HRIS administration and optimization (Workday strongly preferred) to ensure accurate employee data and reporting, and you will support multi-state payroll processing in compliance with applicable requirements.
