Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our progressively growing team and oversee all the leasing efforts for a senior-living community in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED), a strong customer service background, and basic computer skills. Preference will be given to applicants with previous apartment leasing knowledge and experience. The position will require organization, the ability to multitask, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. A professional image must be maintained by following our dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the employee handbook.
