Travel Mother’s Helper Nanny / House Manager needed in Orlando and Indianapolis
Location: Split between Orlando, FL and Indianapolis, IN (approximately September–April in Indianapolis and summers in Orlando)
Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours per week | Typically 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 5 days per week (flexibility required)
Compensation: $30–$40/hour DOE | W-2 Payroll
Start Date: ASAP
A warm, welcoming, and private family is seeking an experienced Nanny/House Manager to become an integral part of their home. They currently have a sweet one-year-old daughter and are excited to welcome their second child in December.
The family spends approximately eight months of the year (September through April) in Indianapolis and the summer months in Orlando, so candidates must be excited about a dual-residence lifestyle and willing to travel between both homes. Private housing is provided in both locations, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys travel and experiencing two wonderful cities throughout the year.
This is not a traditional full-charge nanny position. Mom is very hands-on and home the majority of the time. Instead, they're looking for someone who enjoys working alongside a parent while taking ownership of the household so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The role is primarily focused on house management and family assistant responsibilities (approximately 80%), with the remaining 20% involving childcare support. As the family grows, the ideal candidate will be comfortable transitioning between helping with household tasks and jumping in with both a toddler and newborn whenever needed.
The family values kindness, discretion, organization, and a calm presence in their home. They are looking for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done, enjoys creating organized systems, and genuinely loves supporting busy families.
An NDA and strict no-social-media policy while working in the home are required.
The typical schedule will be five days per week from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, though flexibility is important.
Some weeks may require Monday through Friday coverage, while others may include weekend days depending on the family's travel schedule and seasonal needs. Schedules will generally be provided at least one month in advance, and the overall rhythm of the year is expected to remain consistent.
