Entry Level Project Controls Professional

We are looking for a driven and curious Entry Level Project Controls Professional in Denver CO to support our Program Management Team.

You'll have the chance to work on this team providing solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting, and subcontractor invoicing. **Please Note -- this is a Hybrid role and you'll go into our Jacobs Denver office twice a week. And on occasion, from time to time, you'll be requested to travel.**

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Construction Management, Computer Science, Fine Arts or a related field (OR) we will accept equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, or operational activities and resolving project-related issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems for reporting, tracking, and analysis.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel from time to time, upon request.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, resource planning, performance metrics, or operational reporting.
  • Experience in project controls, project coordination, operations, or business administration.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, EcoSys, Unifier, Polaris, IPCS, My Payables, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Experience with forecasting, estimating, cost tracking, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Posted Salary Range: Minimum $65,000.00. Posted Salary Range: Upper $80,000.00.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $80,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
