Solution Architect

Job Description:

• Takes projects from Sales to Service including the deployment of Computer Aided Dispatch Systems, Mobile Applications, and Records Management Systems.
• Owns the project scope and the interfaces to be deployed.
• Works within a project team and has direct customer interaction.
• Collaborates closely with the project manager to ensure successful project completion within the constraints of Schedule, Scope, and Cost.
• Documents the project with standard required deliverables to communicate task status and completion.
• Installs, Integrates, Deploys, and Delivers defined solutions.

Requirements:

• High School diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology
• 4+ years of experience in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Product Development, System Test, or System Support
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• General networking knowledge.
• Must have fundamental troubleshooting skills and be willing to learn on the job and be a team player.
• Must be willing to travel as required for this position.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2019 or newer, SQL Server 2019 or newer, SQL scripting (T-SQL), XML, XPATH, Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT).
