We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations, oversee marine HVAC projects, manage technicians, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout South Florida.

What You'll Do

• Manage scheduling and deployment of technicians
• Oversee HVAC installation and service projects from start to finish
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and vendors
• Monitor project timelines, costs, productivity, and quality
• Lead, train, and mentor production and field teams
• Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
• Maintain customer communication and satisfaction
• Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

3+ years of management experience in HVAC, marine, manufacturing, construction, or field service operations

Strong project coordination and scheduling skills

Experience leading teams and improving operational performance

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job management software

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

Marine HVAC experience

Knowledge of chilled water systems, marine refrigeration, and vessel operations

HVAC certification or technical training

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
