Join a globally recognised business producing high-end engineered products for household names across the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors, operating on an international scale from their Miami headquarters.

In this role, you'll work closely with Engineering, Production and Assembly teams to develop and improve manufacturing processes, design tooling and fixtures, optimise CNC machining operations, and support new product development. You'll play a key role in taking products from concept and prototyping through to full-scale production.

You'll be joining a business that values engineering expertise, encourages innovation, and gives engineers the autonomy to make a real impact on manufacturing performance, product quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Tooling Engineer, CNC Programmer or similar with experience of CNC machining, fixture design, tooling development, manufacturing process improvement, and CAD software such as SolidWorks. Experience within a precision manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous.

The Role
* Designing mechanical parts, tooling, assemblies and prototypes using SolidWorks and CAD
* Supporting CNC manufacturing and machining processes
* Working closely with production, engineering and assembly teams
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documentation

The Person
* Mechanical Engineering background
* Hands-on CNC or machining experience
* SolidWorks or CAD design experience
* Experience with mechanical components, tooling or prototypes
* Looking for long-term progression and technical development
