... This position offers Day 1 benefits, an attractive 2-2-3 rotating day schedule (allowing you to work only 15 days a month while enjoying full-time hours), and a structured 5-level progression path to steadily increase your pay as you learn.
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Coiling: Safely operate extrusion machinery and run end-products onto spools/reelers.
Quality Control: Continuously monitor the conduit for quality defects and ensure correct, legible markings are printed.
Packaging & Finishing: Ensure conduit wraps are neat, cut the finished product, tie it off, cap the ends, and load new spools.
Workspace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety protocols.
Documentation: Accurate and timely completion of required production paperwork.
Physical & Environmental Adaptation: Comfortably work on your feet for a 12-hour shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear required PPE (including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and earplugs) in a non-climate-controlled environment (reaching up to 88??F in the summer).
Working hours: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior experience with extrusion machinery operation is highly preferred, but not required (on-the-job training is provided!).

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Work History: Consistent work history over the past year.
Technical & Math: Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical and measurement calculations.
Language: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to follow safety guides and fill out paperwork.
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a 12-hour night shift (6:45 PM ??? 7:00 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (which includes working alternating weekends).
Compliance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
