Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau – Pflicht. Die Gespräche laufen komplett auf Deutsch mit deutschen Entscheidern; ohne akzentfreies, verhandlungssicheres Deutsch geht es nicht.
Mehrjährige Praxis in telefonischer B2B-Kaltakquise oder Terminierung – du kennst deine Dials-pro-Termin-Quote.
Entscheider-Ansprache und Einwandbehandlung sind Routine für dich, kein Abenteuer.
Ruhige Arbeitsumgebung, Headset, selbstständige und disziplinierte Arbeitsweise (freie Mitarbeit) – du brauchst keinen, der dich morgens anschiebt.
