This isn't just another Controller role. We're looking for someone who has experience stepping into an organization as its first Controller-someone who thrives on building from the ground up by creating accounting processes, establishing financial controls, improving reporting, continuing to develop IKON's budget and cash flow projections, and laying the financial foundation that will support the organization's continued growth and success.
Controller Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation structure including a base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 (based on experience). We also offer a strong benefits package including paid vacation, paid holidays, medical insurance, 401K (3% match).
