Multifamily Project Engineer
I’m partnering with a well-established general contractor and developer with a strong reputation in the multifamily and mixed-use construction space. This company is growing steadily and looking to add a Project Engineer to support their expanding pipeline of ground-up construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with project coordination from start to finish
Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and design partners to maintain project flow
Ensure quality control, safety, and documentation compliance
Assist with project closeout and turnover packages
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction
Experience with multifamily ground-up projects preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Team-first mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
