As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents. Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall management and administration of the nursing home facility, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote a culture of care and respect
Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans and ensure the highest level of care delivery
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality of care and resident satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Minnesota
