At the intersection of culture, innovation, and commerce, SKIMS is a global brand redefining modern apparel. Key Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Manager, Retail Learning Design is responsible for designing, developing, and managing scalable learning experiences that support SKIMS Retail globally. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Retail Learning function—creating best-in-class digital and instructor-led learning content, managing learning platforms and content governance, and establishing the processes, cadence, and operational discipline that ensure learning remains consistent, current, and aligned with enterprise priorities.

Working closely with the Senior Manager of Retail Training, this individual transforms business initiatives into engaging learning experiences while creating systems that measure effectiveness, maintain content quality, and support continuous improvement across our global retail teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes building exceptional learning experiences, enjoys creating structure and process, and has a passion for developing scalable solutions within a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment.

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Travel: Up to 25%

  • Manage the organization, governance, and lifecycle of all digital learning assets.
  • Maintain learning templates, branding standards, and content architecture across platforms.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging learning technologies to improve development efficiency and learner engagement.
  • Ensure all digital learning remains current, scalable, accessible, and globally adaptable.

Learning Operations & Content Governance

  • Establish operational processes and governance for retail learning content across all retail channels.
  • Own content version control, publishing schedules, review cycles, and content maintenance.
  • Create operational guardrails that ensure learning content remains accurate, consistent, and aligned globally.
  • Develop and manage learning calendars that support product launches, business priorities, and operational initiatives.
  • Support localization efforts and future international market expansion.

  • Collaborate throughout the content development and approval process to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Balance multiple stakeholder priorities while maintaining focus on enterprise objectives and learning standards.
  • Support the Head of Retail Training in executing strategic learning initiatives across the retail organization.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple learning development projects simultaneously from concept through launch.
  • Own project timelines, approvals, production schedules, and deliverables.
  • Ensure learning materials are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are ready for launch.
  • Drive operational discipline and consistency throughout the learning development process.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiencies, and learning production processes.

Facilitation (Occasional)
