The Opportunity This opportunity as a PIN Clerk i n the Killeen, Texas area is perfect for someone with data processing experience.
This individual will perform a variety of administrative and data processing functions, including serving as the first point of contact with internal and external customers; overall processing and administration of Fort Hood PIN issuance; reporting; correspondence; and office maintenance at Fort Hood.
The Responsibilities Ensures effective communications with management, callers, customers, and staff.
Answers phones and provides needed information or directs callers to the appropriate parties.
Expedites and ensures accuracy with all administrative correspondence.
Issues proximity cards and PINs to customers appropriately.
Reviews and approves government paperwork per standards.
Coordinates requests for information from internal and external customers.
Completes administrative duties as needed.
Completes data entry.
Prepares documentation for management as requested.
Maintains files, tracking logs, reports, spreadsheets, and special projects.
