Job description
Do you love being the person who keeps everything organized and moving forward? Are you energized by juggling multiple priorities, solving problems, and making sure no detail falls through the cracks? Do you enjoy working with customers, supporting field teams, and being part of a fast-paced company that's making homes healthier, more comfortable, and more energy efficient? If so, you might be a great fit for our next Bend Project Coordinator!

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for customer service. You'll be the connection point between our customers, installers, technicians, and office staff, helping ensure projects are planned, prepared, and completed successfully. You'll coordinate permits, prepare project documentation, manage inventory, schedule service, and help keep our operations running smoothly. If you're someone who loves bringing order to chaos, enjoys learning new technology, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
