What We're Looking For:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead High-Volume Pipeline: Manage a robust client pipeline using CRM and lead-routing automation, converting Zillow Flex and company-provided leads through systematic follow-up and conversion frameworks learned in mentorship.

  • Partner on Luxury Transactions: Collaborate with senior mentors to execute intricate negotiation scenarios and high-value deals across Hidden Hills and Calabasas, applying advanced strategies while building independent capability.

  • Produce Personal Authority Content: Generate weekly video and podcast content in our studio to establish yourself as a recognized luxury market voice, leveraging professional production quality to attract high-net-worth clientele.

  • Track Growth Metrics: Monitor your advancement through monthly production reviews, conversion rate optimization, revenue benchmarks, and progression milestones that directly correlate with commission enhancements and leadership opportunities.

Job Details:

  • Pay: Commission pay ($80,000 - $260,000+ annually)
