- Duration: Through April 2027 (with initial assignment in Everett through end of January 2027)
- Shift: 7:00am - 5:00pm (4 days/week) – Operating days (Mon/Tues/Wed), Clinic/Admin day (Fri), Thursday off
- Hours/Week: 40+ hours with OT opportunities
- Employment Type: Full-time locum
- Licenses/Certs: Active WA or IMLC license, DEA, BC required, RNFA or related certification preferred
- Experience: Experience with Gynecologic Surgery First Assist, robotic surgeries (DaVinci system), pelvic exams, and GYN oncology a plus

What You’ll Do
- Assist in inpatient and outpatient gynecologic surgeries, including oncology procedures.
- Provide first assisting support, including robotics and pelvic procedures.
- Conduct pre- and post-operative assessments, including pelvic exams.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in clinic activities and administrative tasks on designated days.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, hospital privileges, and safety standards.
- Support ongoing patient care, including gynecologic assessments and treatments.
What You Need
Required:
- Active WA or IMLC license, DEA, BC certification
- Proven experience in gynecologic surgery first assisting
- Robotic surgery experience (DaVinci)
- Pelvic exam proficiency
Preferred:
- RNFA certification or equivalent
- Experience in gynecologic oncology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment
This assignment involves providing specialized gynecologic surgical assistance at a leading facility in Everett, WA, with a transition to Swedish First Hill in Seattle. The role includes assisting with complex GYN surgeries, including oncology cases, utilizing robotic systems, and engaging in comprehensive patient care. Work hours are Monday through Wednesday at the hospital, with clinic and administrative duties on Friday, giving you a balanced schedule in a supportive environment.
