The successful candidates will be detail oriented, have a proven track record and a positive work ethic.Job SummaryThe successful candidates will function as an integral member of a multi-contractor team providing program, engineering, and technical support to Missile Defense programs.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following areas:System concept developmentSystem and software requirements engineeringRequirement verification planning and executionSystem performance analysis planning and executionDeveloping and capturing technical products using program processes and toolsPreparing technical documentation which reflects engineering artifactsOther duties as assignedMinimum Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in an engineering (or a related field) or equivalent professional experienceRequired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust be able to support an in-person / closed-area work environment dailyExperience with Microsoft Office ProductsExperience with systems engineering concepts throughout the acquisition life cycleExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare and brief presentations to the customer as neededSelf-motivated and customer-orientedDesired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExperience with DOORS Experience with Rhapsody, Cameo or similar modeling toolsMissile Defense System Development experience is a plusSecurity ClearanceCandidates must currently have, or be able to obtain, and maintain a minimum DoD SECRET level security clearance.QTEC, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
