Job description

Revops Analyst / Sr. Salesforce Administrator

We're hiring a RevOps Analyst / Sr. Salesforce Administrator to support and extend our go-to-market systems. You'll work hand-in-hand with our business operations stakeholders, sales team, and key collaborators across the organization. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: you'll help implement, customize, and scale Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack - Outreach, Enrichment Platforms and more, while also building custom tooling and AI-powered workflows where off-the-shelf solutions fall short.

You won't be the owner of Salesforce architecture, but you will be a critical builder across Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems, turning strategy and designs into working systems and filling gaps with custom solutions.

  • Build and extend Salesforce functionality under the direction of Business Infrastructure team (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects)
  • Implement GTM workflows, automation, and data models across Salesforce and related tools
  • Support custom forecasting logic, pipeline inspection views, and reporting beyond standard Salesforce features
  • Facilitate the variable compensation program by providing data quality and management support
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards across Salesforce and connected tools to surface pipeline health, rep activity, and GTM performance for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Empower end users to build their own reports and dashboards through templates, enablement, and folder/permission structures that balance self-service with data consistency
  • Own day-to-day data hygiene across Salesforce and connected GTM systems including deduplication, field standardization, ownership cleanup, and bulk list uploads for marketing campaigns, and sales prospecting
  • Serve as the first line of defense for end user support including lead routing and assignment issues troubleshooting, round-robin logic, and SLA misses, and partnering with Marketing Ops to resolve enrichment or scoring gaps that block conversion
  • Help design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered GTM workflows (e.g., deal scoring, risk detection, activity summarization)
  • Partner closely with Sales Stakeholders, Ops, and Engineering to turn requirements into shipped solutions

You are a [insert characteristics required for the job] who wants to be an important part of an exceptional team that focuses on using Roboflow's computer vision tools to impact and improve every industry. You have high agency and a bias toward action.

  • 5+ years of experience building on Salesforce in a technical admin or developer capacity
  • 5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Integrations
  • Experience testing and deploying solutions, ideally with source tracking and the Salesforce Metadata API
  • Experience implementing automation, custom objects, and non-trivial business logic
  • Practical understanding of GTM concepts: product catalogs, pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals, expansion, compensation planning and administration
  • Experience working across an ecosystem of GTM tools including communication platforms, enrichment platforms, quoting tools, CLMs, e-signature platforms, etc.
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows
  • Salesforce Administrator Level 1 certification or higher
  • Hands on experience with source control, particularly for Salesforce deployments
  • Experience in PLG or developer-first companies
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Experience with, and a willingness to learn, how to leverage AI to optimize output and outcomes
  • Experience managing or supporting variable compensation programs

Roboflow is a fully distributed company. We currently have Hubs in New York City, San Francisco and Brazil (and plan to open more as we grow density in new cities). We provide opportunities (like team onsites in different cities) and resources (like a $4000/yr travel stipend) to work in person with other team members as much as you'd like, while also supporting remote team members. You can work from one of our Hubs (we offer a relocation bonus), work from home, work at co-working spaces, etc. We want you to work where you work best!

To determine your salary, we use a number of market and data-driven salary sources. We review all salaries every six months to ensure we stay in line with the market. The target compensation for this role is $140,000 - $170,000.

In addition to our cash compensation, we offer generous perks and benefits. Below are some of the highlights:

  • $4000/yr Travel Stipend to travel anywhere anytime to work alongside other Roboflowers
  • Cover up to 100% of your health insurance costs for you and your partner or family
  • $350/mo Productivity stipend to spend on things that make your work environment more productive, like high-speed internet at home or a co-working space
  • $350/mo AI Stipend
  • $500 one time home office stipend
  • $150/mo Team lunch stipend
  • Unlimited PTO - with an annual 2 week minimum, we encourage you to take time off for yourself
  • 12 weeks parental leave
  • Equity in the company so we are all invested in the future of computer vision

Below is the interview process you can expect for this role. We're committed to building an exceptional team and aim to be thoughtful while also moving quickly. We respect your time and strive to make decisions efficiently, depending on scheduling and availability.

You'll have several conversations with the hiring manager, a member of the Roboflow leadership team, and complete a role-relevant project or challenge.

Throughout the process, you'll speak directly with team members about what it's like to work and succeed at Roboflow. Before the Interview:

  • We'll review your application, LinkedIn, Github, etc.
  • The best way to stand out is to write about something you've built with Roboflow or contribute to one of our open source projects.

Introduction Phase:

  • [30m] Meet with hiring manager to assess for overall mindset and skillset
  • [60m] Technical Assessment, review

Team Interview Phase:

  • [30m] Meet with another member of the team
  • [30m] Meet with another member of the team

Final Interview Stage
