At Working Capital Marketplace (WCMP), funding isn't the finish line—it's the beginning of the relationship.
We're looking for a Customer Success Associate who can build lasting relationships with business owners while uncovering future funding opportunities. Although this role manages an existing portfolio of clients, make no mistake, this is a sales development role. Your success comes from staying connected with clients, identifying their future capital needs, and generating renewals, referrals, and additional funding opportunities.
Unlike traditional sales positions, you won't be cold calling strangers. You'll work with an established portfolio of qualified business owners who have already received funding and continue to seek capital as their businesses grow.
