Job Title: Sr. Technical Program Manager Location: Melbourne, FLEmployment Type: Direct HireIndustry: Defense & Aerospace Compensation: $116k-$157k Shift: 1stSchedule: 9x80 About the Opportunity: The Sr Technical Program Manager leads the successful execution of multiple technical programs from kickoff through completion. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative products and services on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract requirements. What You'll Do: -Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs, ensuring contract requirements, cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved.-Serve as the primary customer point of contact, managing program communications, contract execution, and resolving contractual or project-related issues with cross-functional teams.-Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions and providing regular status updates to senior leadership.-Support business growth by participating in bid and proposal efforts, collaborating with Business Development to pursue new opportunities, and contributing to contract negotiations.-Partner with Engineering, Contracts, and other internal teams to coordinate program activities, manage changes, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations.-Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks throughout the project lifecycle while conducting schedule and cost variance analysis to drive successful program outcomes.-Represent the organization at customer meetings, program reviews, and other key events, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
