We are looking for a new Proposal Manager II, to lead complex business/enterprise-level, cross-region, or executive-visibility pursuits and provides mentorship and strategic leadership across the proposal function. Integrating advanced proposal strategy, capture planning, interviews, and mentoring to drive high-value winning work outcomes.

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience leading complex, high-value proposal efforts from capture/strategy planning through interview, preferably in an A/E/C or professional services environment. Extensive experience mentoring proposal staff and influencing winning work strategy is expected.
