- WonderBotz is seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our growing team in Princeton, NJ.
- This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1–2 years of experience who have strong technical fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for learning emerging technologies.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing automation and AI solutions.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements.
- Develop and support solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, and automation technologies.
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications for the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, and AI and Machine Learning concepts Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment. 1–2 years of experience in the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) industry is a plus.
Exposure to automation technologies such as:
- UiPath , Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism Experience working on automation, AI, or digital transformation projects Desired characteristics in candidates Self-motivated, able to take the initiative with minimal need for supervision.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Highly motivated, organized, and methodical, but can handle change in stride.
- Analytical and proven problem-solving skills High emotional IQ Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated willingness to dive into the details to guide projects to completion.
- Team orientation rather than an individual contributor Insatiable work ethic Compensation and start dates.
