Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families. Our Madison Heights campus has four clinics designed to meet the needs of children and young adults at every stage of life. We focus on the whole family, often including siblings and parents in therapy.
We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Strong Pay That Grows With You Competitive starting pay with annual merit increase eligibility. Technicians with 1+ year of experience and active RBT certification start at $20/hour.
Monthly Bonus Opportunities Earn extra income based on direct care hours with clients.
Referral Rewards That Matter Earn up to $5,000 in 9 months for Technician referrals and up to $6,000 in 6 months for BCBA referrals.
