Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain company records and information systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Perform data quality checks and ensure information accuracy.
  • Process incoming documents and update records as needed.
  • Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily operations.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
