We are looking for an Account Manager who is responsible for growing and retaining their book of business of shipper accounts by delivering reliable, cost-effective freight solutions.
This role acts as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal operations, ensuring service commitments are met, opportunities for growth are identified, and long-term relationships are built on trust and consistent execution.
Managing the accounts that belong to this position includes being responsible for the end-to-end management of the Carrier Process including negotiation, track & trace, and relationship development with carriers; either directly and/or with the assistance of an Operations Specialist(s).
