Windchill PLM Scrum Master
Immediate need for a talented Windchill PLM Scrum Master. This is a 06-12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is location in US(Remote).
Pay Range: $45- $50/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional SME for Windchill PLM modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, and Change Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for implementation.
- Support configuration, validation, and testing of Windchill features and enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering stakeholders to ensure PLM solutions align with business processes and compliance standards.
- Assist in Windchill upgrades, data migration, and integration projects.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for PLM functionalities.
- Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: Windchill, PLM, Scrum, Agile, MDMLink, PDMLink, Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 48 years of experience working with PTC Windchill PLM tools.
- Strong understanding of PLM business processes in engineering/manufacturing domains.
- Certified or experienced Scrum Master with hands-on Agile project delivery.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
