We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Carrier Process including negotiation, track & trace, and relationship development with carriers; in addition to communicating with internal stakeholders (Customer Sales Representative, Management) and when necessary external stakeholders (Customers).
The purpose of the Operations Specialist is to procure the highest quality carrier at the best possible rate while also facilitating excellent customer service by obtaining status updates from carriers and providing communication to stakeholders per company procedure.
