As a TA Partner, you will report to a TA Director and support professional full-lifecycle recruiting for our North America Hill's Pet Nutrition business, based out of our Hill's HQ location in Overland Park, Kansas. You will act as a strategic advisor to internal clients, including the business and people organization, by leveraging your TA expertise, data storytelling and business acumen to drive impactful hiring outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle professional recruitment, from initial intake to offer acceptance, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and quality of hire.
- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, develop competitive selling points, and implement consistent candidate assessment strategies based on thorough labor market research.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process by identifying gaps and proposing solutions to enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, leveraging market and talent insights to guide decisions on sourcing strategies and candidate requirements, and deliver quarterly recruitment updates to the leadership team.
- Participate in annual Talent Acquisition projects, including process optimization, technology reviews, and the implementation and adoption of new tools and capabilities.
- Execute innovative sourcing strategies (utilizing tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights) to engage targeted passive talent, build future-ready pipelines, and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
- Develop targeted attraction strategies, leveraging the company's employer brand assets and tactics to identify and engage passive talent pools that support client-specific talent agendas.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of talent acquisition and/or human resources experience
- Experience with driving continuous improvement, including identifying gaps, developing and implementing solutions, informed by data
- Demonstrated experience in navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, salaried roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, or Corporate functions) within a large, global organization
- Consultation and influencing skills with a proven ability to partner and present to senior leaders
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best recruitment practices and regional employment/hiring laws
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc)
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range $86,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
