We are seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, managers, and employees while supporting a broad range of strategic and operational HR initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who enjoys solving complex employee relations issues, driving process improvements, and making a meaningful impact across the organization.
As the Associate HR Business Partner, you will:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role. Strong experience handling complex employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution. Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and California labor regulations. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills. Experience using HRIS systems.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Experience working in a unionized environment.
