Robotic Process Automation Team Member

We're looking for a team member with experience using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role will be responsible for automating workflows and processes for the supply chain using Power Automate. This position requires work on-site in Fargo, ND or Sioux Falls, SD.

Job Summary:
Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives. Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements. Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements. Coordinate the identification of and assist in managing efforts to implement models of improvement to include Improvement Principles, Project Management, Tools, Accountability and Data in relationship to key processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with customer and company proposed standards. Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management actives. Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and risks. Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements. Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs. Prioritize and execute projects for ongoing business improvements. Provide technical advice on processing technology, capability, risks and costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, healthcare administration or related field required.
