Location: Romeoville, IL Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday Overtime/Flexibility: Must be available to start earlier or stay later as business needs require.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead our Shipping and Receiving departments. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for directing forklift operators and warehouse associates while ensuring inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities run efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, prioritize workloads, communicate effectively across departments, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
