We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Inventory Management and Reporting Specialist. The goal of this role is to manage and analyze data related to aged virtual inventory reconciliation, working closely with Finance, AFO, and all Product Centers to drive business process improvements and optimize inventory management. As a Inventory Management and Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's Digital Transformation initiatives and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
The work includes supervising the flow of material to and from GXO, ensuring proper handling and timely movement of material to/from the customers. You will be able to identify and prioritize the workload and manpower as it fluctuates daily. You will oversee sickbay and the receipt of both production and non-product material from suppliers. On occasion, you will work with outside carriers and suppliers. You will manage the processing and record keeping of Unqualified material. You will work closely with the Quality, Global Logistics, and Purchasing Teams on a daily basis to resolve issues. You are required to work weekend duty as needed. You will enforce safety procedures and company policies. You will update and adhere to work procedures and promote digital transformation and employee engagement.

Familiarity with Microsoft software, familiar with Global Logistics and Transportation processes, able to create and develop reports and ad-hoc projects, excellent communication skills, able to multitask, work closely with the Union and bargaining members to maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances, able to keep up with a fast-paced environment, detailed and organized.
