The Operations Associates assist our financial advisors and broader team with managing and organizing office workflow with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics when dealing with others and performing work activities. The Operations Associate is responsible for providing support services for assigned Financial Advisors as well as orphaned accounts for the OSJ. Duties include, but are not limited to, administrative tasks, business processing, executing trades for clients within the scope of their authority, and customer service interactions. Location: West Des Moines IA USA 50266 Shift: Hybrid 2 Days in office (Thursday is anchor day, after training choose second day) 8:30 am 5:00 pm Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan.
