Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, building relationships with homeowners, and taking pride in delivering quality service on every call. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify effective solutions. Explain repair recommendations and replacement options clearly to homeowners. Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Accurately document work performed and maintain service records. Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and professional. Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job. Qualifications Active Connecticut HVAC license (D-2, S-2, S-10, or S-1) required. 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
