This is a customer service position with sales opportunities. You'll be expected to provide outstanding service while identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and contributing to individual and team sales goals.

What You'll Do
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing personalized support.
✔ Assist customers with policy updates, coverage changes, billing questions, and account maintenance.
✔ Guide customers through the claims process by helping with claim reporting, updates, and follow-up.
✔ Build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and regular policy reviews.
✔ Identify customer needs and educate clients on additional insurance products and coverage options that fit their situation.
✔ Meet individual sales and retention goals by generating referrals, cross-selling, and helping customers protect what matters most.
✔ Maintain accurate customer records and document all policy activity.
✔ Collaborate with your teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving agency goals.
What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
