Incredible Business Development Manager for North America opportunity for established and growing manufacturer of plastic products for the healthcare, biotech and pharmaceutical industries!
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients as well as expanding and developing a current account base. This role is 100% remote with approximately 50-60% in North America - primarily US. The BDM will identify new business development opportunities and work with clients and internal stakeholders to develop products from concept through production. You will translate customer needs and product feasibility with R&D, Production, Regulatory and similar.
Base pay for this direct hire position will be $90-$110k with bonus 20-25% and a company car is provided. Travel compensation and strong benefits plan.
To be successful in this role the Business Development Manager will have: -5+ years experience working in Technical Sales for plastic packaging/products for the pharma/biomed/healthcare industries -Proven experience working with external and internal technical teams to realize new product development -Strong knowledge of plastics (injection/blow molding) -Strong knowledge of regulated markets
