Associate, Investments
The Associate, Investments to play a key role in the evaluation, execution, and ongoing management of initiatives across a diversified portfolio, including operating companies and other investments. This role is designed for a generalist who combines strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with broad exposure to capital planning, tax planning and forecasting, and portfolio-level financial analysis.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, evaluate, and diligence potential investment opportunities, strategic initiatives, and capital allocation decisions
- Build, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models to support capital planning, tax planning and forecasting, liquidity management, and scenario analysis
- Support tax planning and forecasting initiatives by preparing financial projections, modeling alternative structures, and coordinating with internal and external tax advisors
- Develop short- and long-term financial forecasts, including cash flow projections and capital deployment planning for operating companies and family office entities
- Assist with transaction-related analysis and due diligence across investments, financings, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives
- Prepare annual budgets and multi-year plans; perform periodic budget-to-actual and forecast variance analyses
- Partner with accounting and external stakeholders to support accurate financial reporting, planning, and analysis across entities
- Monitor operating performance and key financial metrics across portfolio companies
- Support identification of value creation opportunities, including cost optimization, capital structure considerations, and strategic growth initiatives
- Assist in preparing materials for internal stakeholders, including investment memoranda, planning summaries, and management presentations
- Support coordination with external partners such as lenders, tax advisors, legal counsel, auditors, and other consultants
- Complete ad hoc financial analyses and special projects related to portfolio strategy, operating company support, and family office initiatives
- Collaborate with senior team members and other associates to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent execution of responsibilities
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, family office, or a related role
- Advanced financial modeling skills; high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong understanding of valuation fundamentals, capital markets, and transaction processes
- Experience with FP&A and portfolio-level reporting preferred
- Familiarity with tax planning concepts and working with tax advisors a plus, but not a requirement
