The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the upkeep and repair of buildings, equipment, vehicles, and warehouse, while managing one maintenance person and collaborating with outside vendors. Position requires facility expertise to diagnose and repair minor issues. This is an on-call position.
Must be able to transverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
Must be physically able to perform repairs as needed.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift twenty-five pounds at a time.
