Superintendent

Lead and oversee all field operations for structural concrete construction projects from mobilization through completion. Supervise and coordinate craft labor, foremen, subcontractors, equipment, and material resources. Develop and execute daily and weekly work plans to achieve production, schedule, and quality objectives. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company, client, and OSHA requirements. Manage project schedules and proactively identify and resolve field issues that may impact progress. Coordinate concrete placement activities, formwork installation, reinforcing steel placement, and post-tension operations. Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all phases of construction. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track productivity, manpower, costs, and project milestones. Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses. Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contract documents to ensure accurate execution. Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors to maintain strong project relationships. Monitor material deliveries, equipment utilization, and workforce performance to maximize efficiency. Prepare daily reports documenting manpower, production, safety observations, delays, and completed work. Mentor and develop foremen and field personnel while promoting a positive, team-oriented culture. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
