Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is looking for enthusiastic Pilates Instructors to sub engaging, high-energy 45-minute fitness classes in/around North West Miami, FL.This is your opportunity to share your passion for wellness in a premium community environment, where you'll inspire residents to move, sweat, and feel their best.Class Details:Locations:Manor Biscayne: 1650 NE 124th Street North Miami, FL 33181Highley House: 2150 North Miami Avenue Miami, FL 33127Wynwood 25 Apartments 240 NW 25th Street Miami, FL 33127The Dorsey: 286 NW 29th Street Miami, FL 33127& more!Class Type: Pilates, Yoga, &/or Barre Class Size: Intimate sessions with 3-5+ motivated residents-perfect for building community and connection.Why Join Torch Fitness?Competitive PayEarn $45 per 45-minute class with the potential for more classes based on your availability and proximity.Flexible SchedulingWe work around your schedule. Choose classes that match your availability and location preferences.Creative ControlDesign and lead your classes your way. We encourage instructors to bring their own style and energy.Professional DevelopmentEnjoy personalized coaching to help you sharpen your teaching skills and grow your fitness career.Team SupportFocus on teaching-we take care of marketing, community engagement, and logistics.Preferred Availability:Weekday (Mon - Thurs) evenings: 5:30 PM - 8:00 PMSaturday mornings: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM Who You Are:A passionate fitness professional who loves motivating othersExperienced in leading group fitness classesCPR and AED certified (required)Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)Insured or willing to obtain liability insuranceWhat You'll Do:Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun workoutsArrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participantsUse our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendanceRepresent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivityBuild your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your communityReady to Lead the Way in Wellness?Be part of something bigger with Torch Fitness by Valet Living.
