Willie's Grill and Ice House - Urgent Hiring for a Highly Skilled Server

As a motivated Server, you'll gain valuable skills in guest interaction, teamwork, and hospitality while working in a family-friendly atmosphere that encourages growth and positivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, timely, and “Guest First” service to ensure every guest feels welcome
  • Know the menu thoroughly including wines, beers, and cocktails to confidently answer questions and make recommendations
  • Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, following all safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist fellow team members to create a cooperative and positive work environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area
  • Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures
  • Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Required Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate
  • Strong communication skills and basic math ability
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
